Sekumpul Waterfall is touted as the most beautiful waterfall in Bali. It is fairly close to Niagara Falls Lemukih, only about 2 km away. Understandably, the Village and Village Lemukih Sekumpul indeed neighbors. To see Sekumpul Waterfall close, it...more
All reviews sekumpul waterfall steep stairs slippery rocks local guide google maps water shoes flip flops scooter ride per person parking lot worth the effort hidden waterfall rice terraces main waterfall starting point amazing waterfall great pictures
After reading a lot of reviews about scams and excessive charges etc I was very skeptical about visiting but I knew it was a sight I did not want to miss. Luckily my driver was the best person for this because he knew exactly where...More
Had to pay 125,000 to visit 2 waterfalls on the medium trek. The falls were beautiful! Unfortunately I got stuck with a guide who spoke little English but who kept trying to sell me things (with no success!) - a guide is not necessary but...More
Visited this wonderful waterfall with my gf and we love it, book this tour with rice plantation along the way. It is a Long hike to and back from the waterfall but we love how natural is the surrounding. Bring your slipper if you want...More
I rode a bike from Ubud to Sekumpul, it take 2 hours. The road is so nice
The entrance fees is so expensive, 200IRD for 3 waterfall with really easy way to go. It's nice but can't compare with Tumpak Sewu in Java.
This waterfall is definitely worth the hike in. The approximately 2 kilometer hike (depending on where you park) involves a lot of stairs and has a few ankle deep water crossings along with some climbing over large rocks. We enjoyed seeing the main waterfall and...More
The most amazing thing we did in Bali was deciding to visit these waterfalls ! There are five waterfalls in total: 2 and 5 minutes away another 3! There are 400 stairs to go down and then climb up but it was all worth it...More
The waterfall is beautiful, it takes breath away! But... You have to pay a lot of money to get there and do the trekking to the waterfalls. You cannot just enter, they will stop and demand money. I've read that some people just go other,...More
If you are in Lovina Beach area definitely visit these waterfalls. It’s worth the steep stairs down and if you don’t want to hike up the 350 stairs back you can get a lift on a motorbike. Take a dip in the falls and then...More
Me and my girlfriend were expecting an unforgettable experience in this nestled natural place far from the noisy areas of Ubud.
After a long way down half by motorbike half by walk (with about 400 steps) we reached the 4 stunning waterfalls, guided by a...More
If you see only one waterfall in Bali make sure you see Sekumpul. This is truly a hidden Jem of a place to visit. It's actually 7 waterfalls that converge into three massive ones that you can see from high up in the forest.
Difficult question. When I travelled both my guesthouse and driver told me that going on my own was not an option. Since I was travelling solo I just decided it was best for me to go with a guide, though I realized once I... More
Difficult question. When I travelled both my guesthouse and driver told me that going on my own was not an option. Since I was travelling solo I just decided it was best for me to go with a guide, though I realized once I got there that the itinerary is pretty straight and you wouldn't actually need anybody to guide you. I saw 3 guys on their own at the Fiji Falls taking videos with a drone so I guess there is a way to get around the several guide huts and stops, but I wouldn't know where from.
Sorry for the delay, I see you received already quite a lot of comments. I confirm it is not a difficult hike. It takes approx 15 min to the first waterfall and another 15-20 min to the second one called Fiji. So total... More
Sorry for the delay, I see you received already quite a lot of comments. I confirm it is not a difficult hike. It takes approx 15 min to the first waterfall and another 15-20 min to the second one called Fiji. So total return 45 minutes but mind the 300 steep steps on the way back.
