This clean nice beach was very near our hotel. We spent some quality time early in the morning. We enjoyed the place. The attraction was the large Chinese fishing nets.

This is a very dirty beach in the Fort Cochi area. A lot of pladtic, glass and other debris laying around. So not for swimming.

Fort Kochi beach is pretty average due to the rubbish and dirt. However we did enjoy walking along the promenade checking out the Chinese fishing nets and other stalls selling mostly fresh fish.

The promenade has been washed away and there is debris over where the sand should be. The locals explained that they intend to repair this in the coming weeks but it’s a fairly big job.
