You must go to see the Atletico Nacional play football. It is unlike any sporting event in the U.S. The entire city is behind the team on game days. If you are a sports fan, this must be near the top of your bucket list.

Besides learn spanish, our students love to interact and to live the coloful and joyful latin culture. Soccer matches at this stadium allow them to have fun the most, and while taking sides, learn some songs from the "barras bravas" to cheer the soccer team....More

Wow! Definitely go here for a game if you’re just visiting. The Athletico Nacional fans are crazy with loud singing, dancing, brass band, flags - the atmosphere was amazing! The most atmospheric live sport I have ever watched!

Go watch a game here, it doesn't matter who lol. It's a fantastic experience. Never seen fans that didn't stopped singing, playing band instruments for the whole match! Almost as many vendors as fans at times though

The running track has times for the public. It’s a few hours in the morning and a few in the afternoon when you can’t use it. Otherwise it’s free. Go there and check out the latest info. And the pools are 1 hour per day.
