Don't waste your time going there. Some homeless where washing their clothes there. Not even a spot for a good Pic when my wife and I were there. Spend your time elsewhere. Medellín have to much to see/do to go there.

We came here today having seen this on the "must see" lists for Medellin. It's a bit of a walk from the nearest metro station, but we assumed it would be worth it... well, it wasnt. Really, it's just a pile of gravel on the...More

We went here in the late afternoon and I'd told my kids we were going to get to go to a fun where they could run around and play. I thought in pictures I'd seen water to play in, but there wasn't any. There was...More

Created, in large part for the people who work in buildings surrounding the park, this area provides a place for relaxation and tranquility in the midst of a busy city. Most impressive are the Bamboo trees filling the park, the sound of birds, the sight...More

This is a nice quiet place to relax and reflect. Walking barefoot is quite the experience. The gravel/sand is a bit rough but the foot bath at the end is a nice treat.

As a stop on a bike tour, was a pleasant tranquil area in the middle of an urban area. Not all that exciting, but worth spending a few minutes in.

Beautiful tranquil park, great for reflection and also great for a family picnic. Lost of quiet space, a pool to take your shoes off and dip your feet. A couple of Sandy areas, plus most of the parks in Medellin have free WiFi.

Unfortunately we didn't get the pure barefoot experience but I love the objective of the park. A place to reconnect with nature and just unplug for a little while.

Add this to your list — you can stay 15 minutes or all day. It’s really lovely and zen...very calming after a day in the busy city.

We headed over to check out the water museum, Barefoot Park, and the architecture surrounding it. It was the perfect afternoon. Barefoot Park is a true testimony to how Medellin encourages it's locals to hang outside and be one with nature. Several feet dipping pools,...More
