We didn’t stay in the mall long as it was freezing cold and definitely not as good as the Dubai Mall. The ski slope was ok although it was quite expensive £55 for two hours and you have to buy gloves!

Coming from the UK and Ireland, the Mal of the Emirates is a good mall and has a lot to see and do but in having visited the Dubai Mall first, the two aren't in the same league with the Dubai Mall being far superior.

Recently we were at this mall for some purchases and roaming inside doing window shopping and must admit the mall is an excellent one with all international brand stores and nice restaurants plus good food court. Must see by tourists

As other comments, some do some don't. Be very careful in the shops in the side streets off the gold souq as there a lot of copies & not worth the money.
