This 16th Cent. fortress , is located just out side the walls of Old Town Dubrovnik , with the Revelin Bridge connecting it to Ploce Gate . We did not enter but rather appreciated its amazing structural architecture from the outside .

Making up part of ploce gate, you’ll see the fortress as you enter and exit the walls. You’ll also see it if you pay to walk the walls.
It wasn’t all that interesting really apart from it’s odd shaped architecture.
