Worth seeing if you are in the area. It's a bronze sculpture by local artist Joe Belloni from 1919 depicting oxcart drivers. We only saw it because it was part of our "City Highlights" bus tour arranged through our cruise ship.
This was another incredibly detailed sculpture similar to similar to Monument a la Diligencia. If you are in the area worth looking at, but as others have said, no need to go out of your way to see it.
