Great views of ocean and nice shops and restuarants. Not cheap but upscale. Christmas tree well decorated
It was just alright. A big plaza, with old churches. The historical area itself is not surprising but just a bunch of stores mainly catering to tourists.
The historic center is pretty and relatively clean. The only problem is the historic center which can make this a long detour.
This was another stop from our tour in Lima Peru. This was a highlight of our trip. All government offices are in this area. Very busy area. We recommend using a taxi or hire a tour company
