Beautiful little half day trip up the southern side of the bowl of Cuenca. Great views of the entire city and surrounding mountains of the Andean range. They have a gift shop, and numerous candy/snack shacks right at the viewpoint. I went with my family...More

The views of Cuenca from this location are not to be missed. Whether you make the drive yourself or, better yet, take the double decker bus tour it's a definite must on even a day trip to Cuenca

Ended up taking a taxi up here with my friend. It was like 2$ so worth it if you do not feel like walking from center of Cuenca which is around an hour I believe. Was cloudy on the day we went up so maybe...More

Try to go at sunset, beautiful views of the city and you can also visit a place around the corner for other activities like a swing, etc.

We got here on the hop-on tour bus. Going early in the morning (10AM or so) was nice because there were no crowds and things were just opening up. Most of the way it was just us and the guide on the bus... great chance...More

The view of the city is deniable the best. But there is nothing else. Also the view is so far from the city that you do not see there details either. Not worth the trip.

The amazing view of Cuenca leaves you breathless. There’s some restaurants which offers great and delicious food. The attraction park is pretty cool too.

The view alone is worth the drive, however the 4 star rating is because once you arrive there is really not much to do except sincerely take in the beauty of Cuenca. The church is lovely and there are a few “OK” places to grab...More

To be honest, I was expecting much more from this place. The whole area doesn’t look as spectacular as I was expecting. The only attraction is the view of the city.

We use the two story tourist bus, first given a nice city tour and finishing in Mirador de Turi that gave us a full panoramic view of Cuenca. Good experience recommended. Bring always a light jacket in Cuenca, is spring cool most of the day.
