a very huge area for shopping in Hong Kong, go there by metro, then get indulged in endless shopping dilemma in thousands and thousands of shops and street stalls with vivid colours and neon lamps, so long walks for so long time

Great place to come to experience some HK hustle and bustle. The markets are great however we came 4 years ago and everything seems a lot more expensive now to due to exchange rate and import tax etc so if you’re British you won’t find...More

We stumbled across Mongkok unintentionally and it was definitely a pleasant surprise. It reminds me of Myeongdong in Seoul! Endless cosmetics shops (mostly Korean brands) and food stalls! Needless to say, the area becomes alive at night with all the flashing store signs! Be prepared...More

Supposedly the most densely populated neighborhood in the world, I believe it after staying several nights at the Cordis Hotel in the center of the area. It can be fun to witness the crowds and the unbelievable variety of shops and eats.

Been back several times and never disappointed. Place is well decorated and clean. Totally worth it. Very relaxing and spacious, with a nice area to rest. You may have hours inside, and can have massage later which you have to pay for extra.

We did all our souvenir shopping here. It is fun to barter. Watch for pick pockets. Lots of street food for sale. You will be approached by people inviting you to go look at their counterfeit products.

There are a few shopping streets in Mongkok. Most everything is fake. You can probably strike a bargain, but the goods may not last long. If you like body-to-body crowd density, this is the place to go. Lots of eateries around. It's a good place...More

The mtr (underground) is the best way to get around kowloon and hong kong. Much cheaper than taxi's and more convenient.
