Well worth a isit especially if combining with a trip to Stanley Market. Very pretty beach and good for swimming.

We didn't use the beach but we walked around the outside and enjoyed looking at all the statues that are next to the beach. Great place to walk around and enjoy the views and restaurants.

The beach in Repulse Bay is very nice. It's wide and offers lots of amenities, including shade, shops, restaurants, a playground for kids, showers, etc. A quick bus ride from Central brings you right into town and the walk to the beach is easy. Or...More

Don't use google, take the stairs at the bridge diwn to the road to the beach. For me it was to long a walk and downhill going, uphill coming back. The beach itself is nice and there are places to eat, even a little supermarket....More

Hong Kong is very safe generally but if you mean that you want to camp or sleep on the beach, this is not something that I would recommend and I don't know of anyone who has done that.

Camping is not recommended personally as it is a public beach that have many many overseas tour come there. However, there is a hotel nearby (just at the mountain side if I remember correctly. I will suggest this one... More

Hi. Not that I am aware of. I would bring my own. There are showers, though. There is plenty of areas with shade around the Cafe precinct. One section is Beach and one section is filled with Toaist statues and cafes, etc... More
