This museum is permanently closed and so is not open to any visitors. Unfortunate, as it was across the street from our hotel.
We had a great tour here from the guide. Some examples of traditional Palestinian dress, an incredible section of Roman aqueduct, and some items found during excavation, and some thought provoking exhibits
Very interesting visit and helpful staff. Must-see for history lovers. The national dresses of different regions are very vivid and nice.
This is a modern and immaculate facility, the sort of museum you'd expect to find in New York or a big western city. You take your time and it pays off. I found a lot of interesting displays and was pleasantly surprised at how interesting the film of the area over a hundred…
Besides being a museum they have a gallery with local christian talent on display..and a wonderful and tastefully decorated restaurant called Al Karmeh that serves local Palestinian food & hospitality!
