We had our hotel purchase our tickets and just charge it to our credit card. We told them exactly what we wanted and they organized it for us at no additional charge.

If you can try to negotiate with a driver to take you around but shop around as you can get some good deals. Get the Grab app to use transport in the big cities like Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh. They are in place of uber and are a... More
