The service was good and professional. The food was good and the crew was very polite. However, when you are on a boat, you are stuck on that boat with the crew and the other passengers, whoever they are, for the duration of the trip....More

Great food and great service. We didn’t even see the spray of the falls. Transport added an extra 45 minutes on each end.

The Signature Deck was very nice with cocktails and excellent Hors d'oeuvres. We had an unexpected sighting of an elephant on a small island in the river and numerous bird sightings including 3 African Fish Eagles. There were hippos in the water near the shore....More

Mine just turned 6 and 8. They loved it. Compare it with going to dinner with them. If they can handle that, they can handle the cruise. There are bathrooms on board. Lots to see but no entertainment.

The river isn't that wide, so life jackets are sufficient. No life boats. You are never too far away from shore.
