A pleasant ,peaceful place. You would not think you were in the hustle of Marakech. The Menara has a large lake with carp fish in.You could sit and relax for a while but do not need to spend more than an hour here.

The gardens are mostly olive trees and the pavilion faces a large reservoir. What makes this place interesting is that the water arrives at the gardens through a series of tunnel from the Atlas Mountains that date back to the 11th century and are the...More

These "Gardens" are really misnamed. They are not botanical gardens. The area comprises a very large artificial pond or tank which is surrounded by rustic olive groves. The pond water is very dirty looking (khaki colour water) but amazingly fish live/ survive in it. At...More

Nice place to go and relax and escape the medina for an hour or so. There are usually locals having a picnic here on weekends.

I would not say this is a must see but it is a beautiful garden with a lovely walk around a large pool containing some fish. A pleasant hour or so was spent here

Nothing special really. It’s just a big man made pond full of fish. It was nice to see the olive trees but overall not that impressive. The locals selling things add a little character, but if your in a rush to see things don’t worry...More

It's a small getaway from the summer heat, as you can sit under the trees and chill living it like a local, but don't expect something really special.
