This was an excellent part of the park and one of the more extensive memorials. Many of the quotations allude to his aspirations for peace and there is a statue to Eleanor too. This is located on the water in front of the Jefferson Memorial and is part of a pleasant walk from

I loved all the history laid out in this memorial!!! Definitely visit in the day so you can see everything good!! Loved how it paid tribute to all 4 of his terms and all he and Eleanor accomplished!!

A master of its time, a must see for People trying to get a feel for the time these monuments represent. A time in History that they just don't teach in the schools anymore. A great Diamond in the rough! and the little dog too!!!
