The only historical place that could be visited in 3 days in Krakow was the Barbacan. The tower is impressive in size with a long history, it strikes even seasoned tourists, but for me, that’s for sure.

The Barbakan provides a view into the defenses of this town as they would have been in olden times. Along with St Florian’s gate they now form an entrance to the old town. Both require an entrance ticket to view from the inside.
