Fabulous restaurants with a waterfront view. We had time to spare and chose St Helier's Bay. What a delightful place. Food is fabulous and of a very high standard.

I took a Lime scooter along the waterfront trail to St Heilier's Bay and loved it. Easy to get there, lots of cute restaurants (I had breakfast), book shops, vintage/consignment, etc in the town and the beach itself was gorgeous with craggy cliffs, white sand...More

This is a must to visit. The most beautiful beach. We walked all the way from Mission Bay to St Helier's Bay. What a lovely walk along the beach.

St. Heliers Bay is really a great Auckland suburb for walking along the beach and walking, eat, drink and watch. Don't miss it.

Auckland may have a large population, but, it has a huge amount of beautiful bays and beaches, and we are so spoilt for choice. Enjoy to the full - restaurants, have a picnic, just drive and enjoy the views :)

I took 3 children. The kids fish and chips were generous and even the fussy eater ate the lot. I had the chowder which was tasty but not generous in terms of the amount of seafood it contained.
