Beautiful harbour area. Loads of restaurants at the waters edge. People watching clearly a sport. Indoor mall with loads of eateries and shops. Boat trips. Clean and interesting

Lovely place to walk around and see the big boats in, lots of things to do in this area. Great for grabbing a bite to eat. Take the ferry back to the circular harbour.

While staying in Sydney we visited Darling Harbour a couple of times as some friends from Canada were staying there. Plenty to see as you walk around the area, their is some naval stuff there on display and some nice private boats. Plenty of hotels...More

We went one Saturday night whilst in Sydney and it was buzzing. There are lots of restaurants although I would recommend booking as we struggled to get a reservation. There is a firework show every Saturday at 9 pm which was fantastic, we loved it...More

You can get there by river taxi/ferry or if your energetic like us it’s a 35 minute walk along George Street turning off so far down towards the Opera house.
