Absolutely not. You will be pressing to make a 10:30 entry. On a good day, the station is about 30 minutes from ECdR. But you need to understand that this is a huge tourist area, and the curvy mountain roads get very crowded by 10:00 a.m. Parking and walking to the entrance can also take some time. Were I you, I would shoot for 11:00. Don't book a tour, either. That is a waste of time utilized largely by those who have failed to plan in advance and get a general admission ticket.
