We got this place recommended from a friend. So by driving from cape town to Montagu we had to stop in Paarl. The lunch was perfect and the view was awesome. We are definitely going stop by again.

Well worth a visit. Loads of interesting tastings to keep one busy. Consensus by our party is that roads, paths, parking area, gardens etc could be improved to compliment excellent views.

Tastings from Chocolate, beer, wine and even Ice Cream at an affordable price. A couple of amazing restaurants - food was amazing. Something for the whole family to do. Absolutely Wonderful and highly recommended

When in Paarl and surrounds do yourself a favour and visit Spice Route. It has a little bit of everything food & drink-wise with views and ambiance that will make you want to stay the day!

This was my second visit to this place and it was well worth it. Entrance is free but you pay for the various tastings - chocolate, beer , whisky, wine etc. There are three great restaurants on site and i cannot recommend this place highly...More

Had a fun day here with family and friends. I was a rainy day so we had to dash from building to building for the tastings, and we sadly didn't get to really experience the outside of the venue. But the insides were really great....More

Once again, this place didn't disappoint! The wine tasting with charcuterie tasting was very nice. Slightly disorganized, but super friendly service. The Gin tasting was also surprisingly really cool! We learned a lot about the way it is processed and not bad at all.

A great destination for food, wine, chocolate, beer, glass blowing, crafts and ceramics. We had a lovely day mooching around the stores and tastings.

Very good, just off the N1 and it is a tar road all the way. Once you take the turn off at the farm, You have a short drive between the vineyards to the parking area.
