We took the gondola up and enjoyed lunch over some of the most breathtaking views. You can hike up to the actual mountain. Would recommend this if you’re in the vicinity,

Great views: most tourists take the chairlift from Bai de Dones and go up to Rifugio Nuvolau, but I recommend this hike that we did. Drive to Rifugio Col Gallina, take the pittoresque fairy tale-like path n.419 to Lago Limedes and Forcella Avereau (2435m). From...More

Would not recommend. Just a hype. Super crowed and pick pockets everywhere in the train. Go somewhere else.

When going to the mountains, be responsible to yourself, bring your equipment and water, the weather can change very quickly.it's a little crowded, but if you get there reaily early you can avoid it.

Take the chaitlift to Cinque Torri - 16 euro up and down. From Rifugio Scoiatoli take the Cinque Torri tour - it takes about 75 minutes, but depending on how many photography breaks you will have.

Just stunning views in every direction from this area. Plus there is the open air museum from World War I. Refugio there has nice deck for lunch or coffee. You can easily make this a whole day.
