The side to the top from Dingle is easy for the drivers which may not be used to these kind of roads. Once you have reached the top there is a great carpark to look at the view, if you are able for the steep drop offs and narrow one lane roads its worth driving down the

We came through the Pass from the north end heading towards Dingle, late in the afternoon on a pretty wild and windy day. Driving conditions were, lets say, challenging -but so worth the buffeting and general roller coaster of the trip. The views are spectacular to say the least
