Lisbon zoo is home to an enormous range of animals who all seemed content and well looked after. We spent 7 hours there and didn't see everything. The tigers, cheetahs and lions etc were safely behind fences but many of the animal enclosures were amazingly...More

Quite modern approach to animal enclosures. Which means that, quite often... good luck seeing them. For me the day was saved by stampedes of free-range peachicks.

The animals were plentiful and easy to view, the dolphin show was great and had a stroller check! Kids loved opportunity to hold bird and pet animals. Wish we would have had more time there!

Very nice Zoo but a bit expensive. Plenty of animals to see, it has lots of shade and the highlight was the dolphins show which was the best one we ever watched.

Relatively. Take the R line from the Santa A. Metro station to the Sete Rios station. It’s a short walk from there.
