Well kept park with plenty of space to wonder around, great for a leisurely stroll. Great place to chill out.

An oasis in a bustle of activity. Great place to snatch some peace on a bench whilst soaking up some sun. Various birds meandering the paths with the odd rogue seagull thinking he had a right to be there.

We walked through the Botanical Garden and enjoyed the plants and birds. We stopped in the cafe for a snack and were lucky to avoid a downpour. The older building with trimmed hedges is really cool - it would be great if it were restored...More

From all over the world are the trees in this garden. Unfortunately the green houses are really run down but its a lovely stroll in a lovely area and you can still feel other more grandiose days.
