Another great part of Cagliari. There are small streets for strolling, places with great views. Shops and restaurants to enjoy. Don't miss this part of the city.

The Castello district is the oldest part of the city, on the hill, and the most interesting part of Cagliari. Not to be missed if you visit Cagliari. Narrow streets and old buildings. There is access up the steps at the Saint Remy bastion, or...More

One of the best places in the city to explore, with narrow streets and picturesque, old houses. Plenty of cafes and restaurants to rest.

The highest point in the city so enjoy the views. This is the area around the cathedral and the Royal Palace. There is interesting architecture, and lots of places to relax and people watch in a piazza.

The ambience is unforgettable -- cobbled streets, stairways, covered passageways, and the unexpected appearances of schools, churches, and plazas. We made several visits to this delightful maze and, by the end, even began to remember our way. But getting lost is part of the charm...More
