Lovely trips up and down the Canal. Also good to relax by the Canalside and watching the activities around (both working barges, water buses and water taxies.

Do yourself a favor and take a gondola or a small ferry down Canal Grande if you ever come to Venice. It is the best way to experience the 'feel' of this unique city.

The views of the canal and people going about their day is surreal. In one direction there was an opera singer serenading a couple in a gondola and in the other direction an ambulance boat with its siren going. Scenes that you couldn't ever imagine....More

We used the ACTV day tickets, and while the trips during the day were fine, we were very disappointed that the highlights, like the Rialto Bridge, aren't better illuminated after dusk.

Had never wanted to visit Venice until partner said let's go, glad I did. Pre-booked water bus tickets and straight onto the Canal Grande. Fantastic views with so many options to explore along the route, don't miss the peace and beauty of the surrounding islands

If you're like me, Venice is one of those places one dreams about visiting. It was even more beautiful in person and I now understand the colors expressed by the great artists on their canvasses. If you haven't already been there, I highly recommend it.

Your waterway around the City. Take a "bus" and just enjoy the Buildings on both sides. In fact if you only had an afternoon I'd say stay on the Grand Canal and enjoy the sights

Definitely a place worth visiting! Lots to see and do around it. You never get tired of just walking around looking, or just sit down for a glass of wine and watch people.

Spectacular. By a daily pass for the Vaporretto and see the Grand Canal. Wonderful experience. Ride the Vaporretto and get on and off as you wish to see the Rialto Bridge, St. Mark’s Square, etc. I
