This is beautiful and a definite must when in Milan. It can be crowded so go early for good photos. Don't forget to look at the floor as well and the ceilings.

Definately worth seeing when in Milan. Note though that all cafes, ice cream sellers and bars in the Galleria are expensive, but good for people watching.

Must see even if you just walk through like we did. High end stores and restaurants are under a glass roof. Har to imagine its hundreds of years old

It is a beautiful mall/galleria, and it is not necessary to pay any tour company to see it. It is to the Left of the Duomo. High end shops - - too pricey for me, but beautiful to walk through.

How the other half live! Well worth a visit, it is amazing but so busy. I did not even dare go in a shop...not sure I would’ve paid the prices anyway. Some shops appeared to vet you and consider whether to let you in. I...More

This historic mall is located in the centre of Milan and is a must-see for every visitor. It is stunning architecture and many of the shops are high-end and worth browsing and admiring. There are also a number of restaurants here.

Truly a beautiful structure with amazing shopping! make time to stroll before touring the duomo or schedule lunch before your tour, either way, it's a must-see and makes all other shopping "malls" pale by comparison!

You could always go online and check out the UK prices of what you want to buy before you travel to Milan. The £ has fallen so you may find some saving.

Yes. It's an open place. No entry or exit as such. So it should be open throughout the year.
