Although we were here in October, the weather was warm, about 25 degrees, so there were lots of people on the beach and some in the water. We travelled by train from Genoa, it was comfortable. The beach is near the train station. You can...More

Visited here in September so it wasn't experiencing the summer crowds. The water was gorgeous...crystal clear close up and a deep sapphire blue from a distance. The sand was very nice too...beautiful.

A really beautiful beach with a spectacular view! It does get crowded very quickly with tourists. The walk along the water is great and you can even walk the path from Monterosso over to Vernazza. The views are quite breathtaking. Would highly recommend stopping in...More

Good beach same price as all the others but less busy and less rocky. Friendly staff has showers and changing rooms and is away from the more busy beaches.

Our trip to Cinque Terre came in the middle of our holiday. The first day we hiked in the mid-afternoon heat from Vernazza to Corniglia. It was a fair bit of work, so we decided to have a relaxing beach day on day 2. It...More

This is where we spent our beach time. It is in the New Town and much better than the beach in the Old Town. The beach is pebbly but that means the water is very clear and great for swimming (my wife is the swimmer...More

This beach is nice, there are loads of beach beds to rent, although they don’t seem too diligent about collecting the money later in the day. It is busy. On the weekends the whole town is packed out and it is far from peaceful. At...More

What better way to greet visitors arriving by train to Monterosso than a welcoming scenic beach. We didn't venture onto the beach itself, but we can see people sunbathing and swimming. The beach is also very picturesque, with Torre Aurora, the watchtower, at one end...More

You had to pay for the umbrella and chair as well as the toilet. We went down and walked along the beach wading through the water which did not cost anything.
