Reading a few of the reviews lately, just a reminder that the fellow in front who asks for donations is a scam artist and not in any way associated with the church! If you want to make a donation do it inside the church!

It is a relatively small church, built in the 17th century. The two storey facade is pretty but not very impressive. The interior is very different. It is abundantly decorated with all sorts of artistic treasures - sculptures, columns, statues, paintings and so on. The...More

The Bernini statute of St. Theresa is beyond any conception of how marble can be crafted. The draping of the clothing appears so soft. Bernini, the master, created a magnificent sculpture. Hardly anyone present, so gorge yourself on this sight.

Another gem on our wander of the city. It's a great little church on the corner of Piazza di San Bernado.

You really need to look out for this if you miss it you will kick yourself. I always find it generally quiet when I go by the statue Of St Theresa in Ecstasy is most definitely one of Rome’s hidden gems. Please visit.

In a city full of beautiful churches, you should not miss this one. Bernini’s Ecstasy of St. Teresa is amazing.
