Perfect location to walk to anywhere in Rome. Close to the river, Vatican, Pantheon etc etc. We didn’t have to worry about public transport, safety or lack of fantastic food and gelati. Just avoid the dodgy restaurant down the end called Restaurant Cucina Italiana.

This is an ancient cobbled-stoned street located behind Piazza Navona. We took a stroll along this peaceful street filled with quaint art and antique stores, little cafes and restaurants. It has that distinctly local vibe and peaceful ambience.
On the way back from St Peter's to Piazza Navona and we happened upon Via dei Coronari, a beautiful quaint street reminiscent of 'old Rome', but highly gentrified.
