Walked through these small gardens on our way to the Plaz de Espana. Very quiet and several benches where you can just and enjoy
These gardens are in the old part of town near the cathedral, Alcazar and Hospital de Venerables. They are worth finding (round the back of the Alcazar. It was very quiet when we were there and there are plenty of benches to sit and contemplate life and look at the Colombus…
A lovely garden to walk through en route to many other sites. Really beautiful and well kept, with a lively atmosphere.
The Jardines de Murillo run alongside the back wall of Real Alcazar. Wonderfully lacking in crowds, it's pleasant to sit on one of the many benches and admire the monument to Christopher Colombus. A very attractive setting.
It's not the kind of place that you could make a day visit out of, but it's pleasant and relaxing enough. Includes a memorial to Christopher Columbus.
