Classic Palace at the park with a lovely walk between Sanssouci and Neues. It just grows through the trees as you approach. Good commentary - about 45 min. Between the 2 palaces there is a windmill to stop by with a good display - covered...More

Most people come to Sanssouci Park to see Sanssouci Palace. Do not skip this as it it gorgeous in its own right. Just make sure you don’t come on a Tuesday and remember Sanssouci Palace is not open on. Monday.

For me there is far more to see and visit than at the Summer Palace. Take a camera and enjoy the grounds.

Outside, the palace looks monumental and pretty. I am not a special lover of this style, but I openly admit that he is beautiful. However, the positive impression for me ends here, as I did not get inside: Our family bought a common ticket for...More

Grand, palatial , symmetrical all the things you expect from an 18th century palace that helped give Fredrick the extra title of ‘Great’ . As before don’t spend money going inside when you can enjoy the whole park and it’s many buildings for free

It was open on Dec 26th 2018 so it will probably be open on Dec 26th 2019 but you will need to check with the new winter season 2019/20 opening times once this winter season is over .
