Smooth drives and got upgraded to an Audi A4 which was fabulous and we had such a wonderful time along the French Riviera from Avignon to Marseilles all the way to Cannes - will do this again in a heartbeat!
This is an easy road trip with views over the coast. It did not impress me much - although I found it interesting while descending to Beaulieu-sur-Mer - but I think you should definitely give it a try if you go from Nice to Monaco....More
We travelled first on the upper corniche exiting from Eze on the top road which had a lot of serpentines and at times , for the newcomers, was dangerous ; nevertheless the vistas were unmatchable !
