Do not be put off by the surrounding area and dull looking building, the view is terrific. The upper deck has full glass walls and verandas and visual guides so you could work out land marks for orientation. The lower area ( 1 floor down)...More

As earlier, ask direct. I doubt many posters will know. But if there is a ticket possibility, I’m guessing it will be expensive! You might also try the Eiffel Tower, could be nicer, closer to the action.
