The French Statue of Liberty is on a small island in the middle of the Seine River near a bridge. It faces east towards New York where the American Statue of Liberty stands. Nice to see.

Hello Follow Google map. You will walk through allée des Cignes. And then reach a point where you can see the statue. You will be on the river side very close to the statue. Follow Google map it was very accurate.

Yes it's free... cross the road and go down the steps. It's a miniature version of the USA statue (a gift to Paris) and a bit about the history of it.
