Ok, so I’m a bit confused. One reviewer said that the ship wasn’t as “shiny” as expected…but I’ve been on a lot of ships (over a hundred), including many other museum ships, and I found BRITANNIA to be one of the best-maintained vessels I’ve ever...More

The visit was good and I enjoyed seeing the Royal Yacht from close up. However, I think some maintenance is in order as the flags are ripped and need to be replaced. I am sure Her Majesty would not approve.

Really interesting to visit this Yacht. The tour is laid out really well, you get a handset which talks you through each part of the tour. Wasn’t too busy. Lovely views out to sea. We had lunch in the tea room, lovely place but service...More

Audio guide is good enough, not too long. Fun to see the real furniture as the royal family would have enjoyed it. I enjoyed this a lot.

Wonderful experience looking into the life of this incredible vessel and the lives of those who sailed in her. Well worth the entry fee, it was particularly good to see wheelchair access to all levels of this luxurious insight into the Royals. Loved the commentary...More

Engaging and fascinating self guided tour. Well worth the entrance fee. Cream tea at the restaurant was also rather good. A must do if you visit Edinburgh

Much cheaper to buy at the entrance in Britannia than buying on line. It is worth remembering that if you are accompanying a pensioner, you may be regarded as the carer and get in free.
