Utterly pathetic. You pay £10 to see half a trolley against a wall, and queue for hours. People are quite literally insane.

I'm so glad I came here to read reviews before we went. So for those who don't know, this is a gift shop that owns the magical cart which is halfway in and halfway out of the wall. This means there are set hours and...More

This is a must for every Harry Potter fan. I visited kings cross station just to come here, one of those “happy coincidences” or so I told my partner when we got off the train because I needed “coffee”. Before I even got through the...More

Wow. We were not trying to find this store, we passed it on the way to the bathroom and of course I had to go in. I had to buy gifts for my family. The line to take the photo to go to “platform 9...More

Platform 9 3/4 is in the middle of the area everyone is standing in to watch screens to find out what platform their train leaves from. It’s also where everyone is shopping for sandwiches and drinks. This means it is really busy and loud. If...More

Huge lines for a 30 second photo op with a cart attached to a brick wall. Put on a hat and scarf worn by thousands of others. Not for me thanks.

A favorite of any Millennial who grew up reading Harry Potter. The wait for us was around 45 minutes. The staff at the nearby Harry Potter store are wonderful - very patiently helping each visitor choose their respective house scarf, suggesting poses, snapping photos, and...More

Cart isn't really in between the platforms anymore because the lines are so long that they moved it out of the way of the actual platforms. Staff is super courteous with getting the right picture, but way too long to wait line to do so.

I didn’t join the long line for the photo opportunity. However those that did seemed to have a good time. Might go when it’s not so busy.

Hi, I had a quick look at their website to see if I could help. It seems to suggest 7-10 days and an additional £9.95 postage on top of the £15 for the pass. They do provide an email address for specific queries. I would try... More

It’s one “skip the queue” per photo . So if you were having a family photo only one is needed. However if you have two kids for example and they want individual photos, you’d need two . They are well worth it!
