The O2 is home to the world’s most popular music, sport, comedy and entertainment. Experience shopping at ICON Outlet; climb Up at The O2; enjoy cinema, trampolining and bowling and choose from 26 bars and restaurants.
Went to the Lovers Rock concert on 12th October Indigo.
The 02 is an experience everyone should have.
Was a lovely concert, did no realise it would continue into the early hours of the morning.
Staff very helpful with directions for a cab/taxi.
The infrastructure is good at the o2, great transport links etc. The shopping is good and there’s loads of restaurants. For a concert though, I found the acoustics quite poor although the views of the stage are pretty good from all around. The venue could...More
Was given this Virgin Experience as a gift for my 60th birthday, as a little apprehensive as I’m not fit. What a great experience, from the greeting by the girls checking tickets to the tour guide, they were brilliant. Having watched the safety video, listened...More
Poor show with The Deck. This is a relatively new single layer seating all the way around the O2. It is spacious and at s good level.
About a quarter of the Deck seats are built directly behind very large disabled platforms. Of course...More
i am currently 4th row at two door cinema club and i believe the security giving our water are genuinely awful the cups are practically empty and most people here are dehydrated this does not make this an enjoyable experience. try harder!!!!!
Lovely area to just hang out with friends. You can choose from the wide variety of restaurants available in the O2 itself or outside of it. Shopping in the O2 is wonderful once you've got a lot of cash in hand. Lots of designer stores....More
When a venue bans you taking in food and drink, you instantly go cold as you know what their true motivation is, produce profiteering.
The cost for basic drinks and small snacks is beyond repulsive, it will financially cripple a standard sized family, and in...More
I was expecting just an arena for events. I was surprised that was sort of like a mall, lots of shops with more to come. Tons of different restaurant, a bowling alley, movie theater. Really seems like a place to go to even if there...More
Greenwich Mean Time starts here, so to speak, as the very concept of global time was established at Royal Observatory, just one of several buildings of architectural interest in Greenwich. Indeed, the whole of Greenwich's historic town center, its Royal Park and a number of related buildings (and one world famous ship, the Cutty Sark) make up the UNESCO World Heritage site known as Maritime Greenwich. Today a
laser beam is shot out across the night sky from the Observatory to mark the location of the Prime Meridian. Other bold (some say brash) 21st century additions to the area include landmarks such as The O2 entertainment complex (previously known as the Millennium Dome) and the Air Line cable cars, which offer scenic transport across the Thames between North Greenwich and the Royal Docks.
I would guess at a 7:30 start then, but the finish time is a complete guess. Depends on the artist. Best thing is to give 02 a call and ask.
The website says no later than 11pm but each show is different.
