Port Isaac was all we dreamed it would be: charming, quiet, and picturesque. If you're lucky enough to happen up on a fine day, take your time to wander the quiet streets, and then dip into the local shop, buy and ice cream, and eat...More

If you’re going to Cornwall you must visit Port Issac, such a lovely part of Cornwall. Full of narrow streets and atmosphere.

As part of my 'Doc Martin' experience on a recent Cornish break, visited Port Isaac for the sheer indulgence of seeing where my favourite TV drama is filmed. Needless to say, no stone was left unturned during my visit....the harbour being just one of them

Idyllic little fishing village, tiny streets, a working harbour, wonky old buildings, and lovely little eateries (unsurprisingly pricey). Crabbing great at low tide. Main car park is a long walk from the harbour and not massive. Plenty of cars waiting for someone to leave. There...More
