I visited this attraction by taking Bus 7 from Georgetown to the nearby Old Lighthouse attraction, which cost $3.50 KYD. After viewing the lighthouse, I then walked 1.2 km north to this attraction. As is the case with the lighthouse, there was not much to...More

My wife and I stopped here and read the sign that memorializes the wreck. There wasn't a whole lot to see of the Wreck in the Ocean, but it is nice to take in the quick history lesson. Very clean walking path, that anyone could...More

The memorial is the only attraction at this site besides the two artifacts out front, propeller and lead ballast. Not real informative as I got more info on it in the attraction books.

Thought that there may be something still left of the wreck, but this is more of a stone monument to mark the queen's visit.

Nice stop along east side coast - quick 5-10 minute walk along path to ocean views. Talks about the 10 boats that wrecked here on the reef.

The tour books & tour packages make this sound like a big thing - but it's only the plaque you see in the photo overlooking the sea. There is a ship keel & propeller a bit in-front of this plaque, noting the Wreck of the...More

After a short walk from the road, you come upon this memorial, overlooking the reef that became the final resting point for many sailors and ships.........a place to reflect, and ponder the hard life and work of the people on the ships, as well as...More
