From the Duffer in you can see the St. Lawrence river and the docks below. You can also walk to the citadel and the plains of Abraham. It is also along side the chateau which is the major attraction and a must see

To go up to the terrasse and Notre Dame you can get a funicular downtown. Bedtd

It was the Thursday night when we were there... They were spectacular. I believe the rest of August is Thursdays and Saturday evenings. It started around 9:30pm or so.

Top shape..walk.If not use bus,shuttle if cruse has one,taxi it is a short distance or finuclaire for the lift the rest is flat walking.
