If I'm not mistaken the place open around 9AM, but food service only start closer to lunch. We had a stop on the way back to Singapore but could not wait for the food service to start. So we decided to continue and did stop for lunch at Ringlet. We went to Bharat Tea estate a few days earlier during our stay. And I was very impressed by the ginger tea served in the cafeteria. Sad enough, the ginger tea bought in their shop to bring home was a lot less tasty .
