Cannot understand people who rated this beach like the best of Provo. First of all there are no clear instructions about the entrance.. we just kept twisting around till we found it. The beach is empty, only private villas and/or rented houses... several buildings site...More

Beware we stayed at this home in August and from it pics it looks to be private and secluded. That is not the case. They are building a home right next to the Long Bay Home. From 6:00am until 7:00pm all day every day there...More

The views are beautiful especially with the colorful kites of the many kiteboarders. The beach is very nice and the water is very warm and shallow.

Second time here in six months! Only beaches that compare in the Carribean that I’ve seen are in Anguilla..and those are often impossible to swim! This water is often calm, only 4’ deep with soft sand. It wasn’t the conch breeding season so there weren’t...More

Although I've read a positive review about visiting here, don't waste your time here. The undertow is too great and likely a boat passage of sorts. This didn't make my list.

We went here on food tour just to check out Long Bay Beach. Love the sign, see photo. The beach was lined with seaweed, but it was light and airy not at all like seaweed on the central coast of California. The water is shallow...More

took a drive to check out all the beaches on the island. This was probably our least favorite. There was one family swimming, but I wouldn't swim here, there are much better beaches on the island. Very windy, sea weed, beaches were not as pristine...More

Perfect spot to take kitesurfing lesson with waterplay TCI. Need to access by long bay highway and park on the street. Great experience and water is perfect to pratice at low tide you get 4 feet only ... great experience!

After visiting a few other beaches on Provo, this one was underwhelming. The water was cloudy, the alleged abundance of shells was nowhere to be found, and overall it was just kind of . . . meh. By comparison, this was our least favorite.

I visited this beach back in 2017 and it was my favorite beach on the entire island. I parked in the public access lot, parked my towel and enjoyed the quiet tranquility. There was a large condo building being constructed down the beach, but it...More

We were there in early March and it was only surfers in the water. It is a huge beach, so you will find a space for swimming. The other side is much prettier though
