Nice place but not a must. Without a guide doesn't make sense. If it's on your way yes you can stop but don't go especially for that.

An Inka archeological site, it is one of the stops on our Inka Express coach trip from Puno to Cusco. Our guide Kevin brought the temple alive. Great place to wander around and learn about the Inkas.

We stopped off here on our way to Cusco, the ruins are very well preserved. It was quiet with not so many people so we found it peacfull.
