The trip to the Canyon is around 2 and a bit hours from Gramado. A tour there is recommendable. The canyon is very impressive and the park gives you the chance to see the canyon from so many different view points. Great experience, recommendable.

An experience of integration with nature, culture, traditions, handicrafts and local gastronomy that contributes to the sustainable development of a destination, since it generates the least environmental impact when compared to other tourist activities.

Don't get fooled by the weather in Cambará do Sul. It's totally different from the Canyons. This is a must-do when you're nearby, but don't get too close from the borders since it doens't have the protection wall!

Being English visitors we would never have found this area of Brazil if we hadn't been with friends from Brazil. The road up there is mostly unmettled and very rough. But the views are stunning! When we reached Itaimbezinho the visitor centre had good information...More

This really is quite something and well worth the visit and very small entry fee to see. Realistically if you've made it to this part of the world then this is what you have come to see, you won't be disappointed. The canyon is huge...More

Incredible view if the canyon from above. We went there from Praia Grande, via a dirt road that takes quite a bit of stamina from both car and driver. The border between Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul runs along the upper edge of...More

The best option is rent a car because you will not only see that Canyon also you can see Fortaleza Canyon and even some other tourist places around there. Also I recommend if you want to do both and each trail to sleep one... More
