We stopped off at this viewpoint on an island tour. The glass floor is not quite as scary as I had anticipated (although several people were reluctant to walk on it). The views are well worth the effort.

There is a service bus that goes there but infrequent. You can also take a bus to Miradour and walk about 10 mins to the viewpoint. Hilly. There is also the little green train from Camera Do Lobos to the viewpoint. Takes you up and back and waits 15 minutes for you at the top. 9 euros return.
