Went to the 9.30am viewing with a guide. 1500 lkr. Very lush and green with a large variety of plants and foliage. Beautiful views with water on 2 sides of the estate. Used to be a rubber plantation. Took about an hour to walk around....More

A mixture of beautifully maintained gardens and the art of Australian Donald Friend makes this a fascinating discovery. The site was bequeathed to the head gardener on the death of Bevis Bawa, and he certainly has an intriguing tale to tell.
