A great day trip from San Sebastian is to the beautiful little fishing port of Getaria. It has an ancient Basilica that is well worth a look at the statues inside and some lovely shops and streets to wander through.

A really nice calm and charming place.
Small but very nice with good restaurants, nice to walk through the residential streets dotted with bars etc. A very lovely church to add to the real community feel of the place.
