Spend half a day in the sun with this snorkelling tour around the unspoiled reefs of Koh Tan - also known as Coral Island. Situated just off the coast of Samui, this paradise island presents some superb snorkelling conditions all year round, with a wide array of marine life visible at shallow depths around the perimeter of the island.
There’s been almost no development here, meaning no hotels, no roads and no shops to spoil the castaway kind of atmosphere. You reach the island by taking a traditional long-tail fishing boat from the pier in Koh Samui; the tour also includes a stop-off at one of Koh Mudsum’s beaches for more swimming and sunbathing, as well as a Thai set lunch that can be enjoyed right on the sand. The long-tail boat heads back just after lunch, and via the pier on Samui you are transferred back to you hotel for a mid-afternoon arrival.
